How was this ever a question?

I look at this face and think, “Turns out I don’t need new shoes or another dress or a $75 haircut. It is absolutely my responsibility to do something about this beautiful child who doesn’t have water or shoes. How was this ever a question in my mind?” ~ Cara Murray

If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,”
does not he who weighs the heart perceive it?
Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it,
and will he not repay man according to his work? Proverbs 24:12
